Welcome back, it’s been a long year and Norwood Minor Hockey is excited to once again to be hosting the following 2 day tournaments for the 2023 – 2024 season. You’re invited to a weekend of exciting hockey action at the ANCC

14th Annual David Andrews Tournament (U15 LL & U18 LL) - March 2 & 3 2024 Permit# 12314
The David Andrews Memorial award is a bursary that was created by Norwood Minor Hockey in 2008 in memory of David Andrews who passed away suddenly on December 9th, 2007 at the age of 20. David played minor hockey in Norwood, was an OMHA referee and an integral part of the 2001 – 2002 All Ontario DD Bantam Champions. He was a part of the first Euro 2003 team to travel to Europe from Norwood. Minor hockey runs a Midget LL / Bantam LL tournament each season to build funds for the bursary. Davids parents Brian and Jacquie select the bursary winner each year from the applicants that apply.

* Tournament fee is $775.00
* Teams are guaranteed 3 games, with a potential for up to 5 games.
* Tournaments are open to C, CC, DD centres (B centres may be considered on an individual basis).
* We will be accepting 10 or 12 teams total for all tournaments.
Refund Policy:
Up to 75 days prior to the tournament- full refund minus the administration fee ($50)
Up to 45 days prior to the tournament 50% refund minus the administration fees ($50)
After the 45 days there will be no refund given.
Games will be played at the Asphodel- Norwood Community Centre which is located at 88 Alma Street, Norwood ON. K0L2V0 , 705-639-2342 .
Once teams are registered and details finalized, the tournament schedules, rules etc will be forwarded to each team.
