Changes in effect November 18, 2021
HI NDMS Families,
Firstly we would like to thank you all - players, staff, volunteers, families and fans for your continued support and cooperation in respect to all the COVID rules and protocols that we have faced this season so far.
We have been notified by the township today that the procedures for screening, identification and proof a vaccination are changing
Effective Thursday, November 18, 2021 Township Staff will be responsible for conducting mandatory check-ins at the door.
This will include having them review the following items
each time you enter the facility:
- Active Screening (please see below link)
- Identification
- Proof of full vaccination
The above is applicable for the following individuals:
o All coaches, volunteers & officials 12 years of age & older
o All participants 12 years of age & older that participate within the OMHA and OWHA.
o All spectators 12 years of age & older
As per Peterborough Public Health Letter of Instruction, As of November 26, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. all participants 12 years of age and older that are currently exempt will be required to show identification and proof of being fully vaccinated each and every time they enter a recreational facility.
The Township has advised us that they are aware that other facilities are addressing the pandemic and current regulations differently, but these new procedures are non-negotiable and ice rental agreements are contingent upon compliance from all users.
The NEW active screening form is NOW POSTED on our website. Still at the top of the page in banner form.
This is to be completed prior to entering the ANCC - every visit
https://forms.antownship.ca/ANCC-COVID-19-Screening-Form
It is mandatory that every person including players, officials, coaches and spectators entering the arena complete the online screening form.
Again, thank you to everyone who cooperated with the procedures that NDMS had in place up until this point. As an organization everyone has worked hard to make the start to our season successful and we hope this continues into the future with these new procedures.
