We are past the midway point of the season and we hope everyone is enjoying it.We thought this would be a good opportunity to take the time to hear from you.
We have created a Mid Season Feedback Survey for parents/guardians that we hope you will take the time to fill out.
Form will be available until January 31st.Being a volunteer coach is a wonderful and rewarding job, but it can also at times be challenging. Our hope as the NDMS executive is to provide our coaches with feedback and suggestions to help them understand both the strengths and the opportunities for improvement in their coaching styles. Constructive feedback is a real gift for anyone in a coaching position, getting the opportunity to understand how your day to day actions are perceived by the team you are coaching allows our coaches to constantly be developing their skills and abilities as a volunteer coach!
It is important to reinforce all the positive and wonderful things that your coach does and to provide constructive feedback that will help our coaches understand how they can continue to improve in their roles.
We do ask that you provide your name and contact information, but please know that the information shared will be completely confidential. Everything that is collected will be collated and all names will be removed before the data is shared with the coaches.

In addition, we are going to be conducting a Player Survey. We are eager to hear our players, feedback and thoughts.
The Player Surveys will be conducted during practices over the next couple of weeks for all U11-U21 teams. This will be a paper copy with a few quick questions to fill out. Matt HIlts, our Coach Coordinator will be stopping by a practices and he along with another adult will hand out and supervise the players as they fill out forms.
If for any reason you DO NOT wish for your player to participate in the survey we ask that you please reach out in writing to Matt HIlts prior to January 17th.
